Senior 3D Artist (Low Poly, Stylized)

We create game-ready 3D assets for game developers in Low Poly and Stylized art styles. We are looking for an experienced Senior 3D Artist who can create high-quality assets based on concept art and help coordinate a small team of 2−3 artists.

This is primarily a hands-on 3D Artist position with light coordination and quality-control responsibilities.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create high-quality, game-ready 3D models in Low Poly and Stylized art styles
• Texture assets using Substance Painter
• Distribute tasks among a team of 2−3 artists
• Review their work, provide clear feedback, and help resolve technical or artistic issues
• Import and organize models in the Unity project

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong portfolio featuring both Low Poly and Stylized 3D art
• Strong knowledge of creating optimized, game-ready 3D assets
• Experience with Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter
• Ability to review other artists' work and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Previous experience coordinating a small art team is a plus
