Web, BI Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a Web & BI Analytics Specialist to help us turn data from different sources into clear insights, reliable reporting, and smarter business decisions.

This is a hands-on role combining Power BI, web analytics, data integration, and analytics automation. You will work with data from our website, CRM, advertising platforms, databases, and other sources — bringing it together, ensuring its quality, building meaningful dashboards, and automating routine analytics processes.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working across different tools and technologies, can independently solve analytical and technical challenges, and is interested in finding better and more efficient ways to work with data.

SDC Verifier is a Dutch software development and engineering consultancy company with offices in Haarlem (The Netherlands), Lviv (Ukraine), and Krakow (Poland).

Since 2009, we have enabled innovation by delivering a tool for structural verification of metal structures according to industry rules and regulations, helping to automate routine engineering work and ensure structural safety at the lowest cost, as well as optimizing the design of various complexities, including ships, cranes, oil platforms, heavy equipment, aircraft, and parts of all types and shapes.

The SDC Verifier product has been widely used in projects across multiple industries, including Oil & Gas, Offshore & Marine, Heavy Lifting, Civil Engineering, Machinery Equipment, and Aerospace. Our team provides solutions for automation, optimization, and safety of structural analysis worldwide.

Requirements

• Experience with analysis of large datasets and identifying trends and insights
• Power BI: experience with dashboards, data modeling, calculations, and data transformation
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and automation
• GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
• SQL & Databases. SQL querying and database management (BigQuery, SQLlite etc.)
• Hands-on experience with analytics automation (n8n, APIs, scripts, and AI tools)
• Python. Working knowledge for analytical needs

Responsibilities

Web Analytics Infrastructure & Management. Set up, maintain, and improve the web analytics infrastructure, including GTM, GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, databases, and other data sources. Ensure tracking accuracy, data consistency, and data quality.

Data Integration & Management. Collect, clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources, including web analytics, CRM, advertising platforms, databases, spreadsheets, and APIs. Maintain structured and reliable datasets for reporting and analysis.

Reporting & BI. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Looker Studio dashboards and reports based on business requirements. Build and maintain data models, measures, KPIs, and automated data refresh processes. Optimize existing reports and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Analytics Automation. Develop and maintain automated workflows for data collection, transformation, reporting, and monitoring using n8n, scripts, API integrations, and AI tools/agents.
