Paid Ads Specialist (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads) — Legal Industry Type: Part-time | Location: Remote About Us Legal Core LLC is a U.S.-based legal staffing firm that connects law firms across the country with skilled remote professionals. We’re looking for an experienced paid advertising specialist to help us grow our presence and generate qualified leads in the U.S. legal market.

What You’ll Do Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing) Build and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation that target law firms and legal decision-makers Do keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for the legal niche Write and test ad copy and creatives Set up conversion tracking and monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) Manage budgets efficiently and report on results with clear recommendations

Requirements At least 4 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for the U.S. market Proven experience in the legal industry (law firms, legal services, or legal staffing) A strong record of B2B lead generation with measurable results Solid knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Familiarity with advertising rules and ethics for the legal industry Fluent English, written and spoken Self-driven and able to work independently

Nice to Have Google Ads certification Experience with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Landing page optimization and A/B testing experience
