Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar accounting role.
• Solid knowledge of all areas of accounting and Ukrainian tax legislation.
• Experience in preparing and submitting tax and statistical reports.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian foreign exchange regulations.
• Experience with tax, internal, and external audits.
• Ability to process and analyze large volumes of information with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in 1C, Client-Bank, M.E.Doc, MS Office, Excel, and Oracle.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial and tax accounting in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Manage primary accounting documents, including their verification, posting, and storage.
• Process banking transactions and work with Client-Bank systems.
• Manage foreign currency purchases and sales and ensure accurate accounting of foreign exchange transactions.
• Process UAH and foreign currency bank statements.
• Manage settlements with non-resident entities.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accounting records for fixed assets, inventory, fuel, and prepaid expenses.
• Prepare and register tax invoices, perform proportional VAT allocation, and conduct annual VAT recalculations.
• Verify and record VAT credits.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit statistical reports, excluding financial statements.
• Liaise with banks and regulatory authorities on accounting, tax, and financial matters.
• Prepare and provide supporting information and documentation for tax audits, financial statement audits, regulatory requests, and financial monitoring procedures.
• Collaborate with the Shared Service Center to ensure accurate transaction posting in Oracle, including providing account details and uploading documents to Esker.
