International Customer Relations & CRM Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for a reliable, English-speaking independent freelancer to support our international customer communication, lead management, and CRM activities.
The key details are as follows:
- Location: Fully remote — applicants from anywhere in Ukraine are welcome.
- English proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English (C1).
- Compensation: EUR 6 per hour.
- Initial trial period: Two weeks, with 20 paid hours in total.
- Ongoing collaboration: Approximately 15 hours per week after the trial period, subject to mutual agreement.
- Contractual arrangement: Independent contractor collaboration, not regular employment.
- FOP registration: Applicants should already be legally registered as self-employed professionals (e.g. Ukrainian FOP) and be able to issue invoices.
- Applicants: Qualified university students who meet these requirements are also welcome.
