Про вакансію

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join a long-term Canadian healthcare project.

This is a full-time remote position, and all necessary equipment will be provided by the company.

Working Hours:

Mon- Fr, 14:00- 22:30 Kyiv time during the first month (training period); Mon-Fr 22:30—07:00 Kyiv time thereafter.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and customer support via phone and email.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, email, web-based applications.
Resolve customer issues using available tools and resources.
Create, update, and manage support tickets.
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely issue resolution.

Requirements

Strong spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
Professionalism and strong corporate ethics.
