UI/UX Designer

Media Components is an international full-service marketing agency helping businesses grow through effective digital strategies. We work with SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web projects and are looking for a Designer Specialist to join our team and create high-quality visual solutions for websites, landing pages, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign websites, landing pages, and individual web pages
• Create banners (web sites and social media), website sections, visual blocks, and other digital assets
• Adapt designs to different platforms, formats, and campaign requirements
• Source, edit, and optimize images and other visual assets
• Collaborate with the Design Team Lead on design tasks, estimates, and approvals
• Implement feedback and revisions while maintaining high-quality standards
• Ensure brand consistency and follow established design systems

Requirements

• Experience in web and graphic design
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (AdobeIllustrator & AdobePhotoshop)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, grids, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating social media creatives and adapting visuals for different platforms
• Familiarity with UI kits and design systems
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent design quality
• Ability to implement feedback efficiently and manage multiple tasks
• Good time management, prioritization, and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools for visual asset generation (Midjourney, Gemini, and Krea)
