About Us

Panaxia is an international pharmaceutical company specializing in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, including medical cannabis products.

We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our manufacturing operations in Malta.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations within an international pharmaceutical environment.

Extensive previous experience is not required! We value responsibility, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

What Will You Do?

• Purchasing: Support the purchasing process, prepare and follow up on purchase orders, and monitor expected delivery dates.
• Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and required documentation.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and other components, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• ERP System: Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier, inventory, and shipment information in the company’s ERP system.
• Documentation: Organize and maintain purchasing, shipping, and inventory records.
• Problem-Solving: Assist in resolving delivery delays, missing items, damaged goods, and other routine supply chain issues.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 0−2 years of relevant experience or is just starting their professional career.
• Has good written and spoken English for daily communication with international suppliers and colleagues.
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Is responsible, reliable, and follows tasks through to completion.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys working with different teams.
• Is comfortable working with Excel, spreadsheets, and computer systems.
• Is proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
• Can work independently after receiving appropriate training and guidance.

It Would Be an Advantage If You Have:

• Previous experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or administration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP, or other regulated industries.

Don’t worry if you don’t have all of the above! Previous experience in these areas is an advantage, not a requirement. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and motivation to grow.
