Onboarding Specialist at Payoneer (International Payment Platform)

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join an international team, working closely with colleagues based in Dubai and supporting clients across the EMEA region.

💼 What You’ll Do

Client Outreach & Onboarding

• Proactively contact clients at different stages of registration and onboarding.
• Guide customers through KYC, identity verification, and compliance requirements until successful onboarding completion.

Client Communication

• Communicate with clients primarily through outbound calls, supported by email and WhatsApp.
• Explain Payoneer’s products, features, and benefits in a clear and engaging way.

Customer Needs & Solutions

• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable Payoneer products and solutions.
• Help clients overcome challenges and successfully activate their accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Compliance, Sales, and Market Development teams to resolve onboarding blockers.

CRM & Performance

• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding updates in CRM systems.
• Work toward KPIs, including activation rates, time to first transaction, and client engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Professional Experience

• 2−5 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, inside sales, or business development.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is a strong advantage.

Fintech & Onboarding Knowledge

• Understanding of account opening, identity verification, and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, compliance procedures, or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of EMEA markets is a plus.

Communication & Customer Focus

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and proactively engaging with customers.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Organization & Technical Skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM systems and calling tools.

Languages

• English — B2 level or higher.
• Ukrainian — required.
