• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

• Requirement intake and analysis skills.

• IT-related experience;
• German/French/Spanish proficiency (would be a plus).
• E-commerce experience, understanding of business processes;
• Knowledge of Agile & Scrum;
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or comparable;

• Being a bridge between uncertain business desires and real technical specifications;
• MVP, UX, and customer journey formation;
• Receiving feedback from clients and effectively discussing it;
• Taking responsibility for the result rather than the process;
• Understanding the client’s business essence;
• Weekly and Daily reports on the work performed;
• Business day 9:15—18:15.
