Mission of the Role

Your writing will bridge innovative science and everyday listeners, turning complex health insights into compelling conversations that spark curiosity. Every script you craft shapes how our audience engages with ideas around health optimization, longevity, and human potential—helping them move beyond hype toward informed, personalized health choices.

Our guests range from doctors and scientists to authors and entrepreneurs pushing the boundaries of human performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft interview scripts and outlines, including episode openers, host intros, guest questions, voiceover, segment transitions, and outros tailored to each guest’s expertise
• Research guests deeply — their books, studies, companies, public statements, and past interviews — so our questions go beyond the surface
• Uncover the compelling stories each guest has to tell—and write them in a way that makes them genuinely worth hearing
• Translate complex science (sleep physiology, metabolic health, nootropics, wearables, supplementation) into engaging, accessible language without dumbing it down
• Develop narrative arcs, and cold opens that keep listeners hooked from minute one
• Write promotional copy for episodes — titles, descriptions, and teaser scripts for social clips
• Collaborate with the host and producers on tone, pacing, and editorial direction
• Occasionally adapt interview transcripts into scripted narrative elements or storytelling segments

What We’re Looking For

• Proven writing experience in screenwriting, scriptwriting, or broadcast/podcast production (samples required)
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and science communication — you don’t need a biology degree, but you should be able to critically evaluate health claims
• Ability to write in a conversational, curious, interviewer-friendly voice — questions that feel natural but are structurally airtight
• Strong research skills and comfort distilling dense material (papers, podcasts, books) into sharp talking points
• Reliability and deadline discipline; we publish 2 episodes per week
• Bonus: experience in audio storytelling, journalism, or documentary formats.
