Middle UX/UI Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer with 2−4 years of professional experience to join our team and help us create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital products.

You’ll work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn business requirements and user insights into effective design solutions. You’ll contribute to design systems, create responsive interfaces, and help ensure a consistent experience across devices and platforms.

We’re looking for a designer who can take ownership of design tasks, communicate ideas clearly, and balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

What You’ll Do

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear, intuitive design solutions.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns.
• Apply responsive design principles to create consistent experiences across devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with project managers and the wider team on user research, usability testing, and the interpretation of user feedback.
• Use research insights and usability findings to validate design decisions and improve product experiences.
• Work closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure design quality and consistency.
• Prepare organized design files, specifications, and documentation to support smooth development handoffs.
• Present and explain design decisions, incorporate feedback, and contribute to design discussions.
• Manage design tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high standard of quality across projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional experience: 2−4 years of experience in UX/UI design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating your design process and final work.
• Figma proficiency: Experience working with components, variants, Auto Layout, prototyping, and shared design libraries.
• UX/UI fundamentals: Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, and usability principles.
• Responsive design: Ability to design interfaces for different screen sizes and understand cross-platform design patterns.
• Design systems: Experience using, maintaining, or contributing to design systems and reusable components.
• User-centered mindset: Understanding of UX research and usability testing methods, with the ability to collaborate with the team to apply research findings.
• Accessibility: Knowledge of accessibility principles and familiarity with WCAG guidelines.
• Developer collaboration: Experience preparing design handoffs and working with developers to deliver high-quality interfaces.
• Communication: Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional discussions and written communication.
• Ownership and organization: A proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with product analytics, A/B testing, or data-informed design decisions.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working on products in Healthcare, Real Estate, Fintech, or Education.
• Experience collaborating directly with international clients.
