Driver Outreach Specialist (Outbound Calls, Recruiting Support, US Trucking)

LNG Holding is a US-based trucking company looking for a confident English speaker to support our driver recruiting team.

You’ll connect with drivers from our existing database, introduce our opportunities, and help interested, qualified candidates take the next step with our recruiters.

What You’ll Do

• Contact drivers from our existing database through phone calls and text messages.
• Introduce our company and opportunities for Company Drivers and Owner-Operators.
• Explain pay, working conditions, and other offer details.
• Ask qualifying questions about each driver’s experience, expectations, and interest.
• Answer initial questions and handle objections.
• Connect interested, qualified drivers with our recruiters.
• Keep accurate conversation notes and follow-ups in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• Confident spoken English at B2 level or higher.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead qualification, recruiting, or similar phone-based roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep conversations natural and engaging.
• Confidence in presenting offers and handling objections.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• CRM experience is an advantage.
• US trucking or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
