About EGO

EGO is a premium medical aesthetics and dermatology clinic located in Doha, Qatar, specializing in personalized aesthetic treatments, skin health, and advanced medical technologies.

We are entering an exciting stage of business development and are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to build and manage our marketing operations.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategy, brand development, digital acquisition, and innovative projects, including AI-powered skin assessments and e-commerce.

We are not looking for an SMM manager. We need a marketing professional who understands how to build a brand, attract customers, and generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy.
• Strengthen EGO’s positioning as a premium medical aesthetics brand in Qatar.
• Research the local market, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Plan marketing campaigns, budgets, and growth initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads, directly or through specialists.
• Develop SEO, Google Business Profile, and other customer acquisition channels.
• Manage marketing funnels from initial inquiry to appointment booking.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI.

Content Production & Creative Management

• Develop monthly content plans and campaign concepts.
• Coordinate videographers, photographers, designers, and other contractors.
• Prepare creative briefs, scripts, and references for professional video production.
• Supervise filming, editing, and content quality.
• Ensure consistent premium brand identity across all channels.

Website, E-commerce & AI Projects

• Lead the development and optimization of our website on Wix.
• Create effective landing pages focused on aesthetic assessments and appointment bookings.
• Participate in launching our professional skincare online store.
• Coordinate the development and marketing of an AI-powered skin assessment platform.
• Support new business initiatives, including B2B marketing of medical aesthetic technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3−5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or premium services.
• Demonstrated success in developing brands and acquiring customers.
• A strong portfolio with real examples of campaigns and measurable results.
• Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with website development projects, Wix, WordPress, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing videographers, designers, agencies, and other marketing contractors.
• Strong knowledge of marketing funnels, CRM, automation, and performance analytics.
• Active and confident use of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI-powered marketing and content tools.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills — written and spoken (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver measurable results.
• Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar, and work on-site.
