Circular Economy Expert, Team Leader

Qualifications and skills

• At least a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Environmental studies, Biology, Geography, Chemistry, Engineering or a bachelor degree in the same field (s) plus at least 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced English language skills of at least C2 level (understanding, speaking, writing in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• A good command of Ukrainian of at least B2 level (understanding, speaking, writing in accordance with CEFR).
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the field (s) of economic planning or studies, environment, biology, geography, agriculture or forestry, industrial ecology, energy efficiency or renewable energy.
• At least 3 years in developing regulations or plans facilitating circular economy, or practical implementation of circular economy projects.
• At least 1 year experience as team leader, deputy team leader or project manager (or similar role) as part of a technical assistance or consultancy project or mid-level management experience within a public organisation with a budget of at least EUR 1 million.
