The mission

Are you someone who understands how American audiences discover, share, and fall in love with apps? Someone who knows TikTok and Instagram beyond the algorithm basics, genuinely understands US internet culture, and has real experience scaling organic content?

Think UGC at scale, mass posting, influencer partnerships, viral content, and millions of views that turn into actual downloads, supported by ASO and paid acquisition along the way.

We move fast, test fast, learn fast — and scale what works. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to build, experiment, and make a real impact.

What you’ll own

• Organic UGC at scale: TikTok, Instagram, X, and Lemon8 across multiple accounts, with rapid experimentation and iteration
• Influencer partnerships: sourcing, negotiating, briefing, and tracking results
• ASO and Apple Search Ads: full ownership
• AI automation across the function: we already use AI in content production; you’ll build workflows, not just use tools

You’re a perfect fit if

• You have 1+ years of hands-on mobile app growth experience (paid + organic + influencer).
• You’ve managed influencer partnerships end-to-end.
• You’ve scaled organic UGC across multiple accounts through mass posting and have results to show for it.
• You understand US audiences way beyond surface-level trends.
• You have an AI-native working style — you build automations, not just prompts.
• You understand subscription monetization (trials, paywalls, funnel logic).
• You’re an iPhone user.

Hiring process
