Housekeeper

Balder Luxury Lodge — Levi, Finnish Lapland

We are looking for Housekeeper to join our team for the 2026−2027 winter season.

Our luxury boutique hotel combines the breathtaking beauty of Finnish Lapland with exceptional hospitality and premium accommodation. The main lodge features 16 luxury suites, an elegant lounge area, and a 50-seat fine dining restaurant. Just 100 meters from the main building, guests can experience the magic of Lapland in our 8 exclusive glass igloos.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards.
• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well presented.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged equipment to the appropriate department.
• Prepare rooms for arriving guests according to hotel standards.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in an international hotel is required.
• Sufficient English skills to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Responsible, reliable, and well organized.
