Mission of the Role

We’re seeking a visionary Senior UI/UX Designer who bridges human-centered design principles with cutting-edge AI-powered workflows. In this role, you’ll shape digital experiences across our event platforms, media channels, and marketplace ecosystem—leveraging next-generation design tools to move faster, iterate smarter, and deliver experiences that resonate deeply with our community of health and longevity enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

• Lead end-to-end design for complex digital products: event registration flows, content discovery systems, academy enrollment, and marketplace interfaces
• Establish and evolve our design system with scalability in mind
• Partner with marketing, event and content teams to translate business objectives into intuitive user experiences

AI-Augmented Design Workflow

• Integrate AI-powered design tools (including Lovable, Galileo AI, Uizard, Visily, and emerging platforms) into our daily workflow
• Prototype at unprecedented speed using generative UI tools while maintaining brand integrity and accessibility standards
• Experiment with AI-driven user research synthesis, persona generation, and usability insight extraction

User Research & Testing

• Run usability tests, A/B tests, and iterative feedback cycles
• Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations

• Collaborate with content strategists and brand teams to maintain cohesive storytelling

What you bring

Core Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Portfolio demonstrating complex product design (marketplaces, event platforms, or consumer-facing apps preferred)
• Deep proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools
• Strong understanding of responsive design, motion, and interaction patterns
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams

AI Design Tool Fluency

• Hands-on experience using AI design tools such as Lovable, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar platforms to accelerate prototyping and ideation
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated designs—knowing when to leverage automation and when human judgment is essential
• Understanding of prompt engineering for design-specific applications.
