Loomlogic is a social platform that allows agents and lenders the ability to exchange, manage and track their leads all under one roof.

Our goal was to create a platform for real estate agents to simplify their daily routine by client cooperation, tracking, and automation. We had to create a CRM that would reveal and save all actions like calls, deals, transactions, etc. to engage with clients more efficiently. Our team planned to develop a software that keeps all information about a buyer in one place and be made available to agents, lenders and bank managers to providing quicker services.

Loomlogic platform should not only show the previous interactions with the client but also enable future planning like setting up tasks, next steps and deadlines for a team.

Where are we located? Territorially the company is located in the USA: 1382 Blue Oaks Blvd, Suite 270 Roseville, CA 95678 Regional office and representative office in Ukraine in 3 cities of: Vinnitsa, Lviv, Khmelnitsky.

How long our company exist?On the American market for more than 2 years as a social platform. Experience of the company in this field for more than 10 years.

At Loomlogic, we’re working real estate professionals, which means we know how hard it is to keep everyone in the loop, find the right technology to grow business, and keep clients happy.

In 2014, our agent team was generating over 500 leads each month, referring 50 of those leads to our lender partners. Yet, we had no way to manage, track and automate the entire transaction process — from leads to closings — without having to use separate, task-specific systems.

We believe problems are opportunities. We knew that creating another feature-laden technology wouldn’t solve the core problem.

That’s what led to our big, a-ha moment. What if we could create a system that worked the way we do? A network that bridges the communication gap between all parties involved in a real estate transaction.

That simple idea grew into today’s Loomlogic. We’re passionate and determined to change real estate today by shortening, simplifying and transforming the home buying and selling process.
