Association4U EU Project (GFA Consulting Group GmbH)

EU Project «Support for the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement» (Association4U Project) is implemented under the Memorandum of Understanding between the European Commission and the Government of Ukraine of Framework for Comprehensive Institution Building Programme. The overall objective of the Association4U Project is to reinforce the capacity and improve performance of the Government of Ukraine in its coordinated effort to implement economic and sectorial policies deriving from national reform processes and commitments set out in the EU — Ukraine Association Agreement and Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (AA/DCFTA).

The Fellowship Programme is a programme for involvement as Fellows leading Ukrainian experts and well-educated young people in the work of GOEI and Executive Authorities with the aim of: mobilization of expertize of scientific environment for supporting the implementation of the AA/DCFTA; enhancing the capacity and improve performance of Executive Authorities for the sustained and effective implementation of the commitments set out in the AA/DCFTA; providing on-the-job experience for recent graduates and young experts to increase their interest in working as civil servant, creation of a pro-European team of cadres for Public Service. Depending on the level of education and work experience of the experts, there exist a Senior, Associate and Junior Fellows.
