Yoummday

Yoummday GmbH is a privately held tech startup, with headquarters located in Munich, Germany. «Yoummday» is short for: «You made my Day», and was founded in 2016 with the aim to create a marketplace for contact-center solutions, by building a cloud-based online platform to facilitate interactions between contact center professionals (so-called «talents») and businessclients. This way, the company offers end-to-end solutions for virtual contact centers, by even offering to manage the contact-centers for their clients. This includes tasks such as talent-selection, design of online product-training modules, day-to-day management of talents, and schedule-coordination to maximize flexibility and quality.

Since its launch in 2016, the platform has attracted over 10.000 talents from over 50 countries, offering an array of inbound and outbound customer-services in multiple languages. Talents can work from home and are thus no longer limited to their country of residence, or potential employers' specific qualification standards, which facilitates participation in the contact center industry and increases the chances of individual success. Further, talents generate net incomes which are 50−100% above the nation’s average employee-salary, as the majority of usage costs goes to the them (ca. 80%), and many of the costs commonly associated within the industry are heavily reduced or even cut out (i.e. software, hardware, facilities, management).
