A ‘crown' jewel of our family of restaurants, The Water Tower Grill sits nearly 200' feet above Lethbridge, giving restaurant patrons a true view to remember. Butte Hospitality Ltd. took over the restaurant in 2019, shortly after a restaurateur abandoned the space after less than a year. With new vision, we revamped the menu to reflect our internationally-inspired, locally-sourced ethos and opened the doors once again to great acclaim. Today, we continue to push forward, offering residents of Lethbridge new opportunities to experience the view from The Water Tower.
