Since 2008, we have launched about 30 different cloud software products that are used by several million users, and these products solve quite different problems. But all of them are mainly related to the field of marketing with the field of data processing and provide various effective and sophisticated analytical reports.
Our development team specializes in creating separate products that create a fairly large ecosystem among themselves, which solves a wide range of needs of our customers. Separate teams that create specific products are quite small, they can consist of 2−3-4 developers, a manager, a designer and solve a separate, specific task. Our headquarters is located in the United Arab Emirates in the city of Dubai.
Most of the employees are remote. Our team is located all over the world and in fact, at the moment, our teams are distributed in about 20 countries. We are looking for new employees who will help us create even more interesting, effective and large-scale products.
We have one of the most effective, in our opinion, teams on the market that works remotely. We have our own system for recording projects and tasks, recording working hours, and due to this we achieve a fairly high speed of work and efficiency. And the stack on which we develop our software product is quite standard and simple, but also as efficient as possible. Almost all of our server solutions are based on the Linux operating system.
We sometimes use the most non-standard approaches to data processing, in particular, in a task where, for example, we index the entire global Internet. We also have our own data storage system, which is distributed over a large mass of servers.
As a rule, the main task for us is to find the most interesting tasks and solutions when creating new products. For example, if we create some new project at the start, we need to test some hypothesis. But after we’ve tested, we complicate the stack, make a good interface, and do a good job of marketing and stuff.
We are expanding the team, because at the current time there are many new challenges, there are subtasks related to artificial intelligence. There are ever larger volumes of data to process due to the fact that more powerful solutions are being created related to the analysis of marketing data, the analysis of user behavior, and so on.
