WHAT WE«RE LOOKING FOR:
Job expectations for a remote video editor:
- Edit video footage according to creative briefs and client specifications.
- Researching clients website, social channels to understand the brand
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro to assemble footage, music, sound effects, text, graphics.
- Ensure that videos are well-paced, visually appealing, and most importantly on brand.
- Meet deadlines and communicate effectively with team members.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be organised and follow strict filing systems.
- Be familiar with the latest social media and editing trends.
- Show that you clearly understand different brand guidelines.
- Fluent English — send loom explaining your experience.
- Familiarity with social media and video sharing platforms.
Additional expectations:
- Be able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Have reliable internet access
- Use Slack and Google Drive
- Have a clean and effective work space
- Be able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Be creative and have a strong eye for detail.
