Job Overview:

We are seeking a Personal Assistant in Interior Design who can support our design and renovation projects from concept to completion. This role demands creativity, organization, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Mood Boards and Furniture Boards:

Create Mood Boards and Furniture Boards, following reference styles from recent Anastasia Ushar projects using Canva and AutoCAD.

Furniture and Decor:

Collaborate with specific vendors for furniture and decor, including custom pieces from Ukraine, based on a provided vendor list.

Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with various vendors for both residential and commercial projects, managing sourcing of materials and products.

Client Presentations:

Prepare comprehensive digital presentations for clients using Canva, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.

Financial Tracking and Documentation:

Maintain detailed and structured financial records for each project in Excel, including expenses and orders.

Communication and Progress Tracking:

Conduct daily communication with the Owner of Anastasia Ushar Design and maintain consistent contact with on-site teams via email and phone.

Invoices and Proposals:

Create and manage invoices and proposals; negotiate with clients and vendors.

Qualifications:

Experience in Interior Design or as a Personal Assistant to an Interior Designer.

Familiarity with Canva, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various teams.
