Cloud Consulting is a Norwegian owned company with focus on recruitment, web development, staffing/projects and outsourcing / Offshoring.

Our background is diverse, but common to all of us is long experience in the IT industry and related industries.
We believe in the idea that diversity creates creativity. We believe that new people working together give each other new ideas. Impulses are the basis for fantasy and creativity and in order to deliver competitive solutions, we must secure the ability to innovate. Good ideas come to the table every day, but due to limitations in resources they are not always realized.

Our main working tool is our TelentPool database, and we have chosen to build our TalentPool on resources from Ukraine, simply because of the wealth of superior competence.

Our subsidiary in Ukraine has gradually built up a significant number of candidates in our Talentpool. Our customers can use the Talentpool when specialists will be recruited, projects will be staffed or by searching for an offshoring/outsourcing opportunity.
In addition to expertise, the difference in culture and business understanding is small and English skills are good.
