enthusiastic students with perfect knowledge of spoken and written English,
to fill in CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER position

Main responsibilities:
Online communication with customer and writers (icq, chat, emails, etc),
answering phone calls, and guiding orders in internal database

Requirements for the job:
Perfect spoken and written English
Good communication skills
Responsibility and honesty
Ability to work in a team
Ability to work night shifts (preferably)
