Percival Software Ltd is a developer and vendor of advanced software solutions for Central Securities Depositories with Central Registry (CSD / CSDR) and Share Registration and Transfer Agents (RTA).

Percival was founded in 1986 in the UK and since that time has developed and renewed its products continuously until the present, seventh development cycle.

From the first implementation Percival has gone on to implement registry and CSD systems for over 50 clients in over 30 different markets. This makes us the most stable and longest surviving CSD vendor of all our competitors. Although Percival is a British company located in the UK, the development team is all based in Tallinn.
