Philosophy

• Diligence. Ukraine is a leader in market of freelancing outsourcing programming among the countries of Eastern Europe. In 2014, the Ukrainian freelancers completed a one third of orders fallen within the countries of the region.
• Motivation. The employees of the company are interested in the successful work not less than the clients. This was achieved due to a flexible system of bonuses and payroll accounting.
• Transparency. Client has an ability to supervise the work of each team member personally, to see what work is doing at the moment at the workplace at any time.
