Prefere Resins

Prefere Resins is a European market leader in adhesives with a broad portfolio of resole and novolac products. The company was created within the Dynea Group to focus on the phenolic resins market in Europe. Prefere Resins was acquired by Capiton AG in January 2014.The company has around 300 employees and generates an annual sales turnover of around € 250 million. We produce and sell in excess of 300.000 tons per year of various formaldehyde based resin products, the majority of which are phenolic resins. These latter products are sold under the leading brand name of Prefere.
