In creating the vegetarian and seafood concept for Veg we set out to create something truly unique and wonderful. We wanted to bring the fresh tastes of the fruits, vegetables and seafood to Sarasota for everyone to enjoy.
Our philosophy at Veg is to offer simple, clean and unpretentious food. We feature delicious wild-caught seafood from locally and globally sustainable sources, as well as local and organic produce whenever possible. We are excited to introduce our customers to tastes and flavors that they may not have had before. We have created many signature dishes which we hope you will enjoy.
We are a low-salt establishment and we are proud to present separate vegan and gluten-free menus, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We infuse many of our dishes with spices from around the world to bring exciting flavors to our vegetarian and seafood cuisines as we let the superior quality of our food shine through.
