preparation for funding calls, expert assessments, and advice on proposal structure, budgets, donor compliance, and
reporting.
Development Director / Senior Development Manager, Charity Foundation “Depaul Ukraine” (member of Depaul
International Group) (May 2024 – December 2025): Lead fundraising, grant management, advocacy, and capacity
strengthening functions. Coordinate preparation of grant applications, budgets, and donor documentation. Support
compliance with donor requirements and sustainability of funded programmes. Facilitate partnerships with
international donors, NGOs, and public institutions.
Urban Displacement Out-of-Camp Team Leader, Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) (October 2022 – May 2024):
