I am an experienced Continuous Improvement Project and Operational Efficiency Manager, ICF
coach and Facilitator with extensive experience driving large-scale transformation across banking,
telecom, IT and energy sectors.
My background spans process optimisation, business transformation, project/program
management, process automation, operational strategy, and cross-functional leadership in
nationally significant organisations. I combine analytical thinking, structured methodologies, and a
coaching mindset to help teams elevate performance and deliver sustainable results.

• Deputy Head of the Project Management Department (role - Head of Business-
Process Automation Program), Naftogaz Digital (insource IT company in Naftogaz
Group, national leader at Oil & Gas domain), Sep 2018 – Nov 2021
− management of the Naftogaz Group business process automation program (supporting
and management processes);

− a portfolio of initiatives and investment program has been approved in cooperation with
stakeholders and company management;
− automation platform (K2) and service providers selected in accordance with
procurement processes;
− the company's priority processes have been identified and implemented reengineering
projects of the legal and procurement processes (management of court cases, claim
work, overdue debts, bankruptcy, task management of the legal department,
procurement and tender committee). Through change delivery team management
Projects are at different stages of implementation from initiation to closure.
• Head of Operational Efficiency Department, Project Manager, Operational Efficiency

employees), Apr 2015 - Jul 2018
− BPM Framework and methodology for the new operating model was designed and
implemented, the company's key processes, and process owners were identified;
continuous training in process management was organized for different levels of the
employees, including top management (external training organizations and internal
learning processes);
− performance measurement (KPIs, PPIs) using management dashboards; strategy and
budget analysis, SWOT analysis, developing recommendations for BP improvement
and automation, aimed at enhancement operational efficiency based on strategic
benchmarks;
− manage change delivery Team, with focus on strategic initiatives, related to cost
optimization;
− organization and support of town-hall meetings, regional field-reviews by the top
management team, initiation and performance monitoring of changes.

As a Project Manager the following projects were implemented (Apr 2015 – Jan 2017):
− "System of Motivation and Remuneration": a model of performance indicators for all
employees of the company was created (Head Office and branches); the processes of
goal setting, evaluation and performance calculation were built and automated with in-
house development;
− "Profitability of Automatic Telecom Stations": a model for calculating profitability was
developed; in collaboration with key members of the Technical Department, strategies
for increasing profitability of 10,000 objects were developed and transferred to
implementation, with centralized operational control of execution;
− workforce modelling (IT, Business support, Infrastructure maintenance services) and
associated headcount optimization.

Ukrainian International Bank Top 10 UA Bank, 4,000 employees, Apr 2012 – Oct 2014
− Lead process improvement projects or workstreams using Six Sigma methodology
(DMO, DMAIC) for optimization in B2C/SME sales and services, operational and
