I came across the vacancies and found a new job role in Study Academy. I’ve already had work
experience at Study Academy. It seems that every student is valued as an individual and seen as
unique. I would like to become a part of its talented team again, supporting those students who is
studying English. It is an excellent opportunity for me to combine a number of my skills - teaching skills
and support Ukrainian students at the war time.

I have an educational background in teaching. I have taught adults and younger learners in 3 different
countries, and I understand that for them to learn most effectively I need a variety of different
strategies. I also realise that students learn in different ways, and I have to adapt my teaching
accordingly. I draw on the skills I have gained as a positive therapy consultant. These include excellent
listening skills, building rapport and trust, enabling those I work with to develop self-confidence and
to make plans for their future progress. I’ve participated in different social projects for 5 years,
including projects with teens in need, refugees, and traumatised individuals. I have 5 years’ experience
in HR management as well.

I was delighted to find out that has this vacancy at Study Academy. I would welcome the opportunity
to become a member of staff who can make a difference to the life of Ukrainian students.
