Role: Project Manager / Product Owner

Team: 1 Designer, 2 Frontend Developers, 2 Backend Developers, 1 QA, 1 DevOps, 1 PM/PO (me)

Technologies: PHP (Laravel), React, MySQL

Description: Managing the end-to-end development of a SaaS platform enabling UK landlords to
manage finances, properties, and submit tax reports directly to the government from a single
interface.

Coordinating cross-functional collaboration between design, frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps
teams. Leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Prioritizing features and managing product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals
and compliance requirements.

Outcome:Delivered a secure, compliant platform simplifying landlords’ financial and tax
reporting workflows.Achieved timely releases with high user satisfaction and positive feedback
from early adopters.

Led project management using Kanban methodology, facilitating continuous workflow, visual
