PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
HSSE / EHS Manager with over 20 years of professional experience in construction, infrastructure, energy and post-conflict recovery projects in Ukraine.
Proven experience in senior roles within Client (Employer’s) organisations and General Contractor environments, delivering donor-funded programmes implemented with the support of UN agencies and international partners, including UNOPS, UNICEF, IOM, USAID and the Government of Japan.
Expert in contractor HSSE management, risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency preparedness and asbestos safety, in accordance with international standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 45001, OSHA, NEBOSH, UK Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012). Extensive experience working in high-risk environments, multi-stakeholder coordination and ensuring full HSSE compliance and safe project delivery.
Available for frequent travel across Ukraine and the region.
