Responsibilities:
-Helping to coordinate the smooth running of the Military Department in an Indian Embassy;
-General clerical duties organizing a schedule for the Air Wing Attaché with different representatives and diplomats;
-Travel to the appointed places assisting the Embassy’s military representative;
-Official document and contacts coordination;
-Participation in diplomatic meetings.
