Our engagement with Yura began when he responded to my call for volunteering in the
Ministry of Health of Ukraine's emergency healthcare reform project.
Yura was involved in the development of the landing, which is the unifying point of several
MoH systems. Even though the work included volunteer involvement, Yura realized the
project with commercial seriousness. All the work was done on time; the project was
implemented following all requirements and wishes. Yura handed over the complete job from
the layout to the ready-to-push decision.
Separately, I would like to emphasize that Yura shows himself not only as a professional
