Achievements and responsibilities:
 Responsibilities - is responsible for the technological processes of production, norms of consumption of
billet and materials, equipment productivity and reduce production costs. Coordinates the process of
improvement, the development of methods of quality assurance, represents the company in its area of
competence.
 The lowest level of yield of hot’s production in 2018 has been reached. Mother pipes - 1,141t /t; commodity
pipes - 1,257 t/t. Yield coefficient has reduced up to 4% in the range of tube sizes from 56mm to 250mm
with a wall thickness from 3.0mm to 43mm.
 Increased press line capacity (power 44.1MN) by 11% (2018). Project for implementation the additional
size of the extruded billet was implemented, as a result the product range of the press line (power 44.1
MN) was expanded as for sizes and lengths of extruded tubes (2019).
  Participation in the project of transformation and optimization of production with consulting companies
Staufen and Entra group.

 Responsibilities - search for solutions to improve the technical and economic indicators of production

 Developed instructions for setting presses 12.5MN and 44.1MN. (2012)
 A technology has been developed to exclude additional heat treatment. Economic efficiency 1.1 million EUR
