– Every year got more financial assistance from Kyiv City State Admimistation starting from

 Control over all (12) teams in the League in: budget planning, financial reports,
media/content reports, advertisement reports for sponsors;
 Control over each team General managers’ results of work, players’ and staff hiring.
Implementation of League vision – best level of basketball, organization and management;

 Control of big events organization: All star games, Play offs ( 5K spectators) marketing
 events, presentations;
 Control over players’ transfers inside and outside the league – work with FIBA (International
basketball federation);
 Communication with sponsors, arrangement of new deals: sponsorship contracts with
agrocompanies, Tuta (uniform), Biola(water supplier) etc.;

Achievements:
– Attracted an investor PRIVAT GROUP – general sponsor of the League. Total League’s
contract sponsorship amount with PRIVAT GROUP for three seasons was 25,000,000 USD;
– Signed agreements with sponsors «Schedro» and «Biola» (2200,000 USD each);
– Teams got growing budgets for three seasons and showed great sport results;
– Participation of two top-teams BC” Dynamo Kyiv” AND BC “Dnipro” in European Cup
games;
– Found technical sponsors for team’s equipment: «Tuta» and «Swift»;
– Invited foreign players to the team’s rosters;
– Make profitable marketing and PR strategies for UPBL League and teams (got profits from
souvenirs, club’s branded clothing stores; tickects sales and media contracts);
