Additional Information
Born in 1978 and raised in a military pilot (fighter) family. From childhood, I dreamed of following my father’s footsteps and mastering the profession of a pilot, but circumstances led me to enroll in an aviation engineering university instead. However, my love for the sky never faded.
From 1996 to 2000, I studied at the Voronezh Military Aviation Engineering Institute, graduating with honors.
I am a citizen of Ukraine, residing in Boyarka, Kyiv region. I founded and have been managing a large taxi service for 17 years. Our company operates under the brand name 'Desyatka' and has 8 branches (offices) across various cities in Ukraine, providing passenger transportation services.

Key Achievements in the Role:
• Development, organization, and automation of all company business processes from scratch.
• Establishment of an IT department and implementation of proprietary software, which we have been using for years.
• Recruitment and training of staff, development of interaction algorithms with partners (drivers).
• Creation of a quality control department, automation of conflict resolution with passengers.
• Establishment of a marketing department, development of its operational algorithms, and execution of unique marketing campaigns that disrupted the taxi market in Ukraine between 2010 and 2012.
• Organization of a call center, implementation of VoIP solutions, development of algorithms and scripts, and interaction with the quality control department.
