Project Description:
Part of the New Features Team (CRM subteam) responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance
of a large-scale iGaming platform. Focused on the full testing lifecycle – from requirements analysis and test
design to final acceptance testing – with strong involvement in debugging, process optimization, and
collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Scope of Service:
— Control and detection of issues in products under development;
— Development and regular execution of test suites, preparation of test data, and creation of test
methodologies;
— Coordination and support of the bug-fixing process in close collaboration with developers;
— Documentation and maintenance of all QA activities;
— Planning, organizing, and conducting all testing levels;
— Work with bug tracking systems and automation testing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
— Created and maintained detailed test cases and documentation in TestRail;
— Reported, prioritized, and tracked bugs in ClickUp, ensuring proper resolution and retesting;
— Performed functional, front-end, integration, and regression testing across web applications;
— Conducted static testing through user story and requirement review;
— Verified real-time data flows and system behavior with WebSocket and webhook testing;
— Used Chrome DevTools for debugging, network monitoring, and performance checks;
— Collaborated with developers, designers (Figma), and product owners.

 Part of a dedicated department responsible for user messaging and retention systems (CRM & RM) through
various communication channels, including email, instant messaging (IMB), SMS, and push notifications.
Focused on ensuring quality assurance and seamless execution of user engagement campaigns, enhancing
customer retention, and optimizing automated messaging workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
— Tested CRM & RM system functionalities, ensuring the correct delivery and tracking of messages via
multiple channels (email, IMB, SMS, web and app push notifications);
— Conducted functional, regression, and integration testing on automated campaigns, ensuring their
alignment with business requirements;
— Verified cross-mailing, banners, transfers, co-registrations, external mailing, and post-transaction
notifications for accuracy and effectiveness;
— Developed and executed test cases, test plans, and test scripts for messaging flows and audience
segmentation logic;
— Worked closely with marketing, developers, and data analysts to debug issues and optimize system
performance;
— Used Postman and API testing tools to verify data consistency and campaign execution logs;
— Created detailed bug reports in Jira, tracking issues through resolution with the development team;
— Conducted exploratory testing on new CRM platform features and marketing automation tools, ensuring
smooth deployment;
— Assisted in the implementation of automated testing for message templates and campaign workflows;
— Provided comprehensive QA support across all development stages, from requirements analysis through
post-release validation;
— Contributed to improving testing processes and implementing QA best practices within the team;
— Applied strong understanding of client-server architecture and API testing methodologies;
— Utilized basic SQL skills for querying databases, writing SELECT statements, applying filters, and
