A proactive leader with nearly 2 years of experience, I have also worked as an HR Assistant,
gaining relatable knowledge in these fields, helping with main company updates and managing
operations.
As a Team Leader of 15 mentors I demonstrated expertise in customer-focused management,
leadership, and strategic planning. I have consistently showcased a high level of problem-solving and

Responsibility:
● Supported recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, initial screening, first contact
and interview coordination.
● Improved job offer acceptance rates among candidates by enhancing the candidate experience
and effectively managing their expectations.
● Managed daily candidate sourcing across multiple platforms and processed incoming
