I am submitting my resume for your perusal with regards position as Master SDPO for offshore
Vessels or OM on shore position in your good Company. I have an excellent track record in majority
of the competencies that you are looking for in the potential candidate however, there are several
reasons why I choose this position these are the mental and physical works which are to achieve
something new and push me to strive for more. In witness whereof to achieve my pursuit of
advanced maritime knowledge and successful operation at sea and management in international
business. , I left my first job in the Black Sea Technical Fleet company when I have worked for almost
21 years to go to the offshore companies and on Vessels with Dynamic Position System. I completed
RAS Training in National Maritime College of Ireland for Seismic Survey Support Vessel Operations
and DP training at NI Centre in Singapore and Saint Petersburg. I completed training in BUREAU
VERITAS for ISM INTERNAL AUDITOR/COMPANY SECURITY OFFICER and MLC 2006
REQUIREMENTS INPLEMENTATION . My work experience
at maritime and offshore industry includes work duration on ships in Ukrainian Dredger Company
and in many International Offshore companies from the earliest time at 1985 year till present time,
from AB to Master/SDPO/Marine Superintendent/Marine Adviser and Operation Manager /DPA in
Bourbon Offshore of Ukraine. . These are specific vessels: diving vessels, search and rescue vessels,
hydrographical vessels, ROV and diving support vessels, AHTS ASD and Ocean tugs, oceanographic
survey, ASD harbor tugs, PSV and Seismic Support Vessel. Sea experience is 37 Years. After 37 years
of professional experience in the maritime business, I have acquired the maturity to decide in which
area I can continue my career. During my period of work as Master /Marine Superintendent at BSTF
Odessa and at the same time of practicing and working in the OMS UK Company , Marine Adviser
/SDPO in Topaz Marine Baku for BP Client and two years as Operation Manager/DPA in Bourbon
Company, I studied several subjects regarding maritime and transport management. I was a
participant in delivery of new building vessels for BSTF from Braila Shipyard in Romania and for
Bourbon Offshore Ukraine in China. The programs have broadened my knowledge in offshore
logistics and guided me in systematical research and analysis. In order to better grasp logistics and
maritime knowledge, and combine theories and practices effectively I hope to specialize and to
coordinate the interaction of the several units and departments. I had working for a Solstad Offshore
LTD as Master/SDPO on NEW X bow PSV and STX OSV ,I had dry dock experience for class update
and intermediate of class update, I have experience at tanker lifting operation and heading control
operation with FPSO , however I am extremely interested in continue a position at the your Company
