I am one of the leaders of one of the oldest travel clubs in Odesa, holding the position of Head of the Cultural Sector. My
responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the club’s image to attract new members, organizing events to
strengthen connections between participants, and passing on the organization's cultural values and policies to new members.

Additionally, I analyzed the engagement and interest levels of current members in club activities, organized and supported
volunteer initiatives for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, developed and released club merchandise, resolved conflicts, and led
teams in various projects.
