Identification of the potential issues related to the CFT supplies and agreeing further steps to eliminate any negative impact of issues discovered (e.g. limiting the stock for the key segments of the Reps, initializing the substitution and alternatives proposals, importing products from other markets, etc)
•Close cooperation with Manufacturing sites to highlight the key products/launches , identifying the risks and working out the ways to protect service level in all the markets within responsibility.
•Protecting healthy service level in the EE markets and keeping focus on the healthy level of the inventory across EE. Initiating Stock re-deployment process in order to recover Inventory situation in some markets/branches (especially, KZ) while not affecting the Inventory situation in other markets/branches.
•Initiating and leading the process of the Tag setting in the E-brochure for the products that are sold out, have limited stock or delayed
•Special control onto the supplies to Georgia in order to recover and support high level of the service by means of implementing the Pre-build process on campaign basis – enabled to recover GE service in 2014 and hit the target and over-perform the targets in every campaign since the beginning of 2015.
•Close control over the PFG supplies to Ukraine and Georgia, cooperating with Marketing team in frames of making adjustments to Customer Brochures, especially during the 2-Step Printing Process.

•Managing the Airport Revenues coming from the core Airport Activities (~80% of total Airport Revenue), by means of attracting new clients, cost optimizations, introducing new services and opportunities for the Carriers in order to satisfy the Carriers' expectations. Resulted in reducing the gap in profit plan from -20% underperformance in January to -4% underperformance in November
•Leading negotiations with International and Domestic Carriers targeted onto selling the Ground Handling services or extending the existing cooperation with new services. Resulted in selling ground handling services to such airlines as Utair Ukraine, Belavia, Fly Georgia, etc.
•Leading negotiations with major International Carriers such as Emirates, Swiss Air, Air Astana , Aegean Airways, Jat Airways etc and engaging them into operating their flights to Ukraine. Resulted in Air Astana operations from March 2013, Swiss and Emirates signed contacts (including full ground handling) in October and started operations in October and January respectively.
•Submitting core messages to the PR department and supervision over the communication preparation.
•Contributing to the revision of the strategic plan of the airport development and suggesting actions for its further development toward the Hub option.
•Supervision of the contracts preparation and their fulfilment by the parties (over 200 contracts); evaluation of the contracts values and applying the evaluation results into the enterprise forecast.
•Building cross-functional relationships with Finance, Operations, Legal, Customer Service, PR in order to ensure effective communication between the departments and timely project accomplishments.
