Resolving conflict situations maintaining the status of company and remaining calm and polite.

Acquired skills to win cargo among competitors. Got a lot expiriance with hazmat, TWIC, TSA, and Canadian loads. I have grown as much as possible, I am currently engaged in reefers (for more than six months), 90% of my cargoes are currently cold cargoes, and 10% are also boxes and sprinters.
I have enjoyable experience teaching 2 interns. Both still have been working, one of them for 1.5 years and the second one almost a year.
I have waited for a promotion to Team Leader for 2 years in my company. I'm looking for the position TeamLead because it goes right to me. I'm really good at working with people, I know how to find the right way to solve conflict situations.
