Summary
I launch and support IT products that are integrated by the company, acting as
a bridge between customer needs and business goals. Creating value for
customers and the company is more important to me than just being busy. Over
the past 8 years, I have worked in a variety of roles ranging from marine
logistics and ship agency to IT.

Present I work on tasks that involve the implementation of various IT
projects, systems to improve cargo handling, improve the
quality of collaboration in close partnership with management.
I also provide technical customer support.

🏅 Implemented multiple project management methodologies
(Scrum, Waterfall), enabling my department to manage up to
5,000 reports per year.

🏅 The new video surveillance system resulted in a 20%
reduction in incidents at the terminal.

surveillance systems in private offices, collaborating closely
within a team and apply Scrum methodologies.

The main work consisted of close liaison with the client and
authorities as well as agency of all types of vessels, including
cruise ships and mega yachts.

ㅡ Troubleshooting various ‘problems’ with the authorities.
ㅡ Organising the provision of various technical services for
ships in port and at the roadstead.
