Aug. 2019-aug.2020 Head of HR dept. DTEK Service
DTEK Service is a part of DTEK Group, an in-source company providing
HR, accounting, IT and other services to DTEK group (ab. 70 000
people).
Operation on day-to-date HR processes: recruitment including IT,
compensations and benefits, education, internal PR, 2000 employees.
Leader for the team of 15.
HR administration: SAP and local IT system. Support legal work
administration acc. to Ukrainian Labour codex.
Internal PR: corporate events, weekly meets, internal web page.
Compensations and benefits: “Hey grades” and motivation system for 2000
people in accordance to strict salary policy and yearly/quarter or monthly
based appraisal. SAP system.
Education: collaboration with one of the biggest corporate academy in
Ukraine, providing training and development for employees.
Medical insurance: provides dender and medical assist for part of the DTEK
group all over Ukraine (ab. 50 000 people).
Recruitment: 3 recruiters and about 25 vacancies per month. Clever staff and
DTEK recruitment system for candidates base search.

Jan.2019-July 2019 Head of HR Galileo Asset Management, Lviv, Ukraine
Operation HR processes: recruitment, compensation and benefits,
organizational structuring. Big multy holding with diversity approach
(commercial and non-commercial residence, hotels and restaurants).
Restructured existing HR processes and reorganised company structure
based on business divercity.

Dec. 2007 – Apr.2018 Group HR Director, ESTA HOLDING.
Part of SCM Group (development), Kiev, Ukraine
Start-up project in Administration and HR. Budgeting, motivation, recruitment.
Created and administrated all HR and administrative policies. Head of
Administrative/HR department (14 people including HR administrator,
specialists, receptionists, drivers etc.). Control over HR and Administrative
policies in Holding companies (about 700 employees): Donbas Palace
(Donetsk, Five-Star hotel), Opera Hotel (Kiev, Five-Star hotel), ESTA Property
Management, about 5 small projects. I have built system for every HR
 direction including administrative policies. Built up motivation and
compensation programmes based on yearly appraisal form and project results
(long-term strategy). I hired all the team which encreased from 20 to 80 for
two years. Also made placement for C-level expats for hotel and retail
departments.
Had IT dept. under direct supervision.
Since 2010 worked as HR and Administrative head in TSUM project (since
the moment it’s been acquired till its launch in December 2016). Created
operational and construction team, working procedures, hiring TOP-
management and leading specialists.

May 2006 – Dec. 2007 DEOL Partners, Administrative mngr., Kiev (development)
Head of administration in a private development company. Participated in re-
launch of a private hotel (company’s project) as administrative manager.

Start-up as a partner and recruiter. Work with key-clients all over Ukraine.

April 99 – April 2002 Iron and Steel Works “AZOVSTAL”, Mariupol
Department of External affairs, anti-dumping section.
Main duties: protect company’s interests in anti-dumping investigations
against its product (steel market).
Project coordinator. Cost and delivery reports, coordination with the lawyers,
court and others officials.
Extra duties: conference organizations, participation as one of coordinators in
the project on Oxygen work modernization.
