- Leading of multi sectoral needs and rapid needs assessments;
- Logistical and financial management of FSL Projects;
- Management and control of the FSL Team working (depending on the project it was from 2
to 4 team members);
- Capacity building of FSL Team (trainings, development of individual plans);
- Participation in the coordination, representation and establishment of partnership relations of
ACF in their field of activity;
 - Reporting (internal/external, assessments, for donors, for Cash Working Group, for
authorities);
